Andy Lawrence is highly experienced within the Health & Social Care space. 

He previously held a long tenure as Proprietor and Managing Director of his own large domiciliary care business, as well as multiple high level roles within NHS Trusts. After successfully founding, building and exiting from his own business, he devoted time to bettering social care provision and helping other social care businesses on a wider scale.

He keeps up to date and involved on a daily basis with the sector through many channels, including:

– his chairmanship of the Leicestershire Homecare Alliance which he co-founded in 2015

– his chairmanship of WAHCP

– his contribution to EMCARE, the care home association in Leicestershire and Rutland

– his participation in the activities of the national Care Association Alliance (CAA)

– social care advisory work
